square plansifter 1. Structure:

The square plansifter mainly consists of the following parts:

Screen frame: It is the main part of the square plansifter, usually made of metal materials, with certain rigidity and strength. There is a screen mesh inside the screen frame for screening grain particles.

Screen: Located inside the screen frame and covering the bottom of the screen frame. Screens are usually made of wire mesh or synthetic materials with different pore sizes and are used to screen particles of different sizes.

Vibration mechanism: square plansifters are usually equipped with a vibration mechanism, which vibrates the screen frame and screen mesh to achieve uniform distribution and screening of granular materials on the screen.

Inlet and outlet: The square plansifter is equipped with an inlet and an outlet, which are used to send the grains to be screened into the screening system and collect the screened materials.

square plansifter 2. Working principle:

Material feeding: The grain to be screened enters the inside of the screen frame of the square plansifter through the feeding port.

Screening process: After starting the vibration mechanism, the screen frame and screen mesh begin to vibrate, so that the materials are evenly distributed on the screen mesh. Smaller particles pass through the screen apertures and fall into the collection container below, while larger particles are blocked on the screen.

Classification and collection: According to the hole size of the screen, the granular materials are divided into different particle size classes. The screened materials are collected through the discharge port and transported to the next production stage, while the large particles that have not passed through the screen continue to be screened on the screen.

Continuous operation: The square plansifter can operate continuously, and the screening parameters can be adjusted according to production needs to achieve efficient screening and grading operations.
