If you want to ensure that your oil press has a long life, the following six things are necessary.

First, before operation, read the operation manual carefully to understand its operating procedures and safety precautions. During the operation, strictly follow the operating steps to squeeze oil to avoid malfunctions or accidents caused by improper operation.

Conduct a comprehensive inspection before starting the machine to ensure that all fasteners are not loose, the handle rotates flexibly, all parts operate well, and there is no abnormal sound when turning the pulley. Check whether the wiring of electrical equipment is firm and whether the power cord is damaged.

According to the specifications of the oil press and the characteristics of the oil, control the temperature during the oil pressing process within a suitable range, and try to avoid excessive temperatures to retain the natural flavor and nutrients of the oil.

After the new hydraulic press is installed, it should be pre-printed for 2 to 8 hours. Slowly put the extruded oil cake into the hopper and squeeze it repeatedly until the extrusion bolt is polished and the formed oil cake flows out smoothly. Remember not to pour oil directly into the hopper at the beginning, but to add oil by hand to prevent the extrusion shaft from clogging. If there is abnormal noise in the cavity or the extrusion shaft is stuck due to excessive feed in the oil plant, the operation should be stopped in time to eliminate the jam, and then reinstall and continue preloading. It is strictly prohibited to forcibly operate the hydraulic press or pour materials.

Be sure to feed oil plants evenly and not overdo it. Too little or no oil in the press bucket cannot guarantee normal operation. If all goes well, there will be a rhythmic sound and smooth oil cake flowing out. There is no residue in the low-pressure stage, less residue in the high-pressure stage, and the proportion of residue in the oil is no more than 10%. In addition, the extruded oil cake should be spread out to prevent spontaneous combustion.

Regularly cleaning the oil press residue and accumulated oil to keep the equipment clean will help maintain oil extraction efficiency and oil quality.Regularly check the lubricating parts of the oil press to ensure sufficient lubricating oil and maintain the normal operation of the equipment.
