Project: Oil press refurbishment

 Year of construction: 2012

 Process: rehabilitate old Krupp press, pre-press and rotate cookers to normal function. Modify other old equipment and add new equipment to make the press section fully functional on cottonseed kernel.

 Challenge

1. Lack of technical files.

2. Absence of parts.

3. Change one original pre-press to full press.

 Solution

1. On-site survey and measurement.

2. Tailor design full-set screws to construct new pressing cage.

3. Equip right motors, gearboxes.

4. Trim material flow and pipelines.
